The objective of this project was to create a series of virtual spaces that are small enough to fit inside a standard room yet large enough to still give a sense of immersion when entering the space.

Taking design inspiration from multiple architectural disciplines and cultures, these spaces feel less fantastical and more recognizable. These spaces were designed as presets for exhibitions and retail products. The 100sq/ft area was the best size for allowing the user to admire the exterior facades of the structures as well as explore the details of the interiors as well.

accessibility was very importnt. Ateli-ar needed spaces that anyone anywhere could walk into and feel like they were entering a whole other environment. It was also important that the user was able to see their physical space as well as the virtual environment.

These spaces were not meant to cover reality, but to add to it.That way you are still able to see were you are and navigate both settings.
