BOAT TOUR

Unlike Virtual Reality where the user can move around an environment using handheld controllers, in augmented reality you must physically move around to explore a location. Therefore the problem is, how can someone tour a large location within a space as small as their bedroom? This problem was solved by moving the environment around the user. In this example, the boat (raft) is a static object that stays stationary to where the experience was placed. Meanwhile the environment itself is what is actually moving. this gives the illusion the you are on a boat (raft) moving down a river.
